Mediation
Almost all cases deserve to participate in mediation. Unfortunately, not all cases are able to justify the costs associated with hiring a retired judge or alternative resolution firm. Our firm's mediation program is aimed to mediate those cases where the parties simply cannot afford or cannot justify a $10,000 mediation fee.
In an effort to mediate in a cost effective manner, we take a different approach. We offer a 4 hour mediation for a flat fee of $2500. This includes one hour of preparation. In addition, should the case not settle, we will use our best efforts to continue to work with the parties to assist in getting the case settled.
